Accelerated Tooling, LLC utilizes Mastercam 2020, Visi, and proprietary CAM software to meet the specialized machining needs of our varied clients and their individual needs.

Mastercam 2020 is a state-of-the-art, PC-based computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) system used to programming our computer numerically controlled (CNC) mills and lathes. Mastercam 2020 offers 2-axis through 5-axis milling and routing, turning, wire EDM, artistic relief cutting, 2D and 3D design, surface and solid remodeling.

With Mastercam’s data exchange capabilities we are able to access the broadest range of native and industry standard CAD data formats allowing us to utilize data files from virtually any CAD system.

VISI

VISI offers a unique combination of applications, fully integrated wire frame, surface and solid modeling, comprehensive 2D and 3D machining strategies with high speed routines and dedicated tool design for plastic injection and progressive dies.
